This sleep-inducing ingredients in this smoothie make it a great bedtime snack for children and adults.

What You Need:


  • 1 banana

  • 1-1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 Tbsp. nutmeg

  • 2 Tbsp. honey

What To Do:


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a cup and enjoy your bedtime smoothie.
